This beautiful house has three floors. It is in a quiet area in the delightful town of Zell Mosel. The recently refurbished house offers all modern conveniences and has a modern interior. You will enjoy sole occupancy. You can enjoy a splendid view of the vineyards from the large windows on the top floor. House has 2 single bedrooms and one double bedroom and also has a Double Sofa Bed in lounge. 
 
Town house. Sleeps up to 6 adults / persons. 
 
Ground Floor: Kitchen Diner, (Oven, Microwave, Fridge).Has facilities for 6 persons. Bathroom newly fitted with toilet hand basin and shower. Separate Utility with washing machine. 
 
Ist Floor: Lounge with Wood burning stove, also has a double sofa bed. (Satellite TV / DVD ). One single bedroom  
 
2nd Floor: One double bedroom. One single bedroom with Bunk Beds.  
 
General: All rooms newly furnished and decorated. Linen, towels and electricity all provided/included. Non-Smoking home.

    100 Euros deposit required on booking. Balance to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival. Final cleaning charge of 35 euros paid locally. The house can be rented on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Price depends on season (normal and high season) and number of persons staying. Longer stays are available at good rates on request. We regret no refunds of any monies paid can be made once paid due to cancellation by you for any reason so we recommend that you arrange suitable travel insurance. Should we need to cancel your booking for any reason ( this is highly unlikely ) We will refund all monies paid but we can not be liable for any consequential losses incurred by yourselves. In the event of this exceptional circumstance we will of course assist you in finding alternative accommodation in Zell.
