Modern and comfortable appartment situated in a new housing estate on the outskirts of the wine-growers town Gensingen.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, ceran hotplate and oven, microwave if wanted, good quality stainless steel pots and pans, fine porcellaine and glassware.
Dining place for 4 persons, supplement chairs available.
In the Living-room is a Sat-TV with DVD-Player (supplement connection in the sleeping-room).
The car-park is side by side with the entrance (one step, so it is comfortable, although not specially equipped for handicapped persons). Public parking nearby.
Direct access to a wooden terrace of 40 square meters.
Petanque ('Boules') lane in the Garden, you have your own set of Boules.
Municipal indoor swimming pool, Tennis area nearby.
There is a supermarket and bakery, 4 restaurants, a pizzeria and several cafes in the village.
