The apartment (45 sqm) is located at the ground floor of a two-family house. It consists of a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a bed room, floor with a separate entrance door. A terrace can be used in the garden.

The accomodation is oriented on a "Provence style".

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm).
The studio couch in the living room provides an additional sleeping opportunity.

The apartment is located ca. 12 km from the Aachen city.

Shopping opportunities and restaurants are available within 1 km.

Aachen-Friesenrath is part of the public transport system.

The hosts are gardeners and provide opportunities to have a look in their own garden with a lot of herbaceous plants.

In case, that you will use own towels or/and bed clothes the extra charge will not be dropped. Confirmation of a booking will be given after receiving a deposit of 10%.
