Main Description
This apartment is situated in town centre of Solingen. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and also shopping is not a problem as the shops are open until 22.00. The apartment is walking distance to the main train and bus station. A car is therefore not really necessary.

Solingen is famous for their cutlery and sword making tradition. There are plenty sightseeing opportunities, with Cologne and Duesseldorf in the vicinity (30 Minutes by train) and Wuppertal with its hanging train only 20 minutes away. Solingen itself offer museums, exhibiting their cutlery and sword making tradition, the famous Muengstner Bruecke, one of the largest suspension bridges in the area is only around the corner. If you fancy take the bus to the castle and use a chair lift to get up to it. From their you have a fantastic view over the area. Solingen has plenty of walking opportunities as it is surrounded by forests.

The apartment has a big living kitchen which is fully fitted. The lounge is equipped with a sofa bed if it is needed to sleep 4 people. The bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and large wardrobes for all your belongings. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.
