On 1st floor: 1 hall, 1 livingroom (double sofa bed, TV (satellite), radio/CD, french doors), 1 kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (bunk bed), 1 bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine). General: big terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, nice view to the garden and the Harz-mountains 
 
Directly situated over the Okersee lies the lovely village of Schulenberg in the so called Oberharz. It is completely surrounded by wooded hills which makes the area a true walking paradise but also winter and water sports are an option here. Haus Brigitte enjoys a central location in the village and is only a stone's throw from the storage reservoir. On the 1st floor of the house you find two comfortably decorated homes which has two bedrooms or anotherone which has one bedroom. The 4-6 pers. house (65 m2) has a very spacious balcony/terrace with garden furniture. The 2-4 pers. house (45m2) enjoys a big panorama window which is blessed with a stunning view of the woods and hills in the area. If the weather is not so good one day the house owner offers you free access to the swimming pool in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
