Main Description
The location in a suburb of Cologne is quiet and offers attractive possibilities for excursions and activities nearby. Some few examples:
- a golf course can be reached within 10 minutes both by car or by bicylcle
- there are abundant possibilities for walks along the river Rhine 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bicycle
- walks in a forest and small lakes are as well only 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bicycle
- deer park, mini golf and the only open-air pool located in a forest in Cologne (open in summer only) are just 10-15 minutes by car (all nearby to each other)

The quiet and attractive location is ideally supplemented by the advantages of a main city without their normal drawbacks. One can forget about parking problems in the inner city:
- a big supermarket, bakery, florist, pharmacy, snack bar, pubs internet cafe, laundry and some other shops are in walking distance (less than 10 minutes)
- a small shopping mall can be reached in about 15-20 minutes on foot (bank with ATM, postal services, bakery, stationery shop, restaurants (Croatian and Indian), cafe, optometrist, shoemaker, laundry services etc.)
- with the suburban rail network (big "Park & Ride" available) there are direct and fast connections. For example to the trade fair in 13 minutes, to the main railway station in 15 minutes, to the next city (Duesseldorf) in a bit more than 30 minutes
- the tram (street car) takes you in just 15 minutes to the front of the Koeln Arena (many big events are being held there, it can seat 16.000 people) and in 23 minutes to the city center (Newmarket)

- french-sized double bed (200x140) and a bed for small children (140x70), a wardrobe and a table

In addition:
- living room with couch (can be transformed into additional bed), satellite TV, CD & DVD Players, radio, open fireplace
- dining room
- kitchen with new appliances (electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher)
- bathroom with tub and toilet
- separate shower with another toilet
- laundry in the cellar with washing-machine
- attached private garden (walled-in)

House is on one level and located in a sidelane of a small road in a secluded area. No through traffic (dead-end road), easy parking, shopping & tram station nearby.

Rates

Low Season Price : €75
High Season Price : €100 per Week
Advance payment to secure booking desirable (negotiable)
Upon arrival deposit required. Normally fully refundable, but can be used to pay for potential damage and to cover excessive power/gas/water consumption
Compulsory cleaning fee (non-refundable).
Payment in cash or bank transfer.

The house can be rented on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Price depends on season (normal and high season) and number of persons staying. Longer stays are available at good rates on request.

Rates:
1-2 persons: per night 75 Euro, per week 450 Euro in total
3rd to 5th person: per night 25 Euro each, per week 150 Eur each
Every further person: per night 20 Euro each, per week 120 Euro each
Children: per night 10 to 15 Euro each, per week 60 to 90 Euro each (depending on age). Children below 2 years of age are free.

High season: increased rates during international trade fairs and important events (eg. Cologne Carnival)
