The location in a village near Hambourg is quiet and offers attractive possibilities for excursions and activities nearby. Some few examples: 
- a golf course can be reached within 10 minutes by car 
- there are abundant possibilities for walks along the river Elbe (10 minutes by car). 
- walks in a deer park only 5 minutes by car.  
Small lakes are as well only 10 minutes by bicycle. 
- mini golf and the only open-air pool located in Salzhausen(open in summer only) are just 5 minutes by car (all nearby to each other) A small supermarket, a filling station, a hairdresser, a baker and a restaurant are accessible on foot at less than 5 minutes. There is a medical practise in our village and a hospital is accessible by the car at 10 minutes. 
 
The quiet and attractive location is ideally supplemented by the advantages of a main city without their normal drawbacks. One can forget about parking problems in the inner city: 
 
with the suburban rail network (big "Park & Ride" available) there are direct and fast connections. For example to the trade fair in 15 minutes, to the main railway station in 15 minutes, to the next city (Winsen) in a bit more than 10 minutes 
 
Facilities in the House  
The house in the rural style, partially is furnished with original Voglauer pieces of furniture. It has a spacious input hall, a living space with SAT TV, upholstered furniture and a rustic bavarian corner seat group for the big family. The kitchen unit in the country house style disposes of dishwasher, fridge and deep fridge as well as oven and Ceran-cooking field with exhaust air. The house has three cubicles, one of it in the ground floor with a bunk and a tandem bed for the children and to two other cubicles - with a double bed in each case - leads a stair upwards. Moreover, in the upper floor there is a roofed balcony. The bathroom is tiled ceramic and disposes beside the WC of a washstand and a shower. 
The house is fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms: 
- 2 big double beds with 2 sep. mattresses (200x100 each), bedside table and wardrobe 
- french-sized double bed (200x140) and a bed for small children (140x70) 
- In the children's room a floors-double bed and a single bed as well as toys 
 
In addition: 
- living room with couch (can be transformed into additional bed), satellite TV, CD Players, radio, open fireplace outside 
- dining room 
- kitchen with new appliances (electric oven and hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher) 
- bathroom with shower and toilet 
- attached private garden (walled-in)

				High Season Price:	€85 per Day

rental for 4 people € 85 per day. Each extra person pays € 13 per day additionally. A crib for children under 3 years can be provided free of charge if needed. Access to the washing machine and dryer upon request. Included in our prices you will find, 4 kwh daily for electricity, parking of ouwn ground, bed sheets and per person a towel p/w, dishrags and tablecloths. heating/warm water € 0.25 per kwh gas, for electricity more than 4kwh/d. 0,40 per kwh and for the final cleaning € 65. Deposit of € 150 upon your arrival - this will be returned to you within 10 days of leaving the holiday apartment if there are no problems.
