We've turned an old half-timbered house into a holiday residence, in which light and wood set the tone. From the large terrace you have a beautiful sight. 14 people will find enough place in this house, the garden is an ideal playground for children (4000 m²). Big Families and groups love to visit our house.

Metzelthin is a quiet village with no through traffic and only 140 residents. The village is so small, that you will find restaurants and shops only in the neighbour villages. But to compensate that you will find all around a lovely nature with forests, lakes, fields. An area ideal for bird-watching, biking, walking, swimming, fishing, diving, horse riding, wind surfing (nearby and in the next city, Templin). You leave the garden and one minute later you will stand in the forest, to the left a stork, to the right a roe.

The nearest city is Templin (12 km). There you will find the train station, a large water-and- fun-center, enough shops and restaurants.

Nearby Templin there is a western-city, named El Dorado. There you can listen to country-live-music, do line dancing, your kids can play in tipis.
In Boitzenburg you will find a nice old castle and a chocolate-manufacture. You can drive with trolleys along old railway tracks or do water-biking in Lychen (with hydrobikes)

We take a security deposit of 200 Euro, which you'll get back after departure, if anything is alright.
We do not accept checks and credit-cards. The rate for the house has to be transfered by bank.
The final cleaning (including bedclothes) of 100 Euro as well as the costs for the energy (cost price) and the phone (0,15 Euro / unit) are to be paid directly on site.
The cancellation rules will be regulated in the hiring contract.
