The apartment is just renovated, new bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, DVD. The apartment is: 45 square meters plus a lovely, sunny balcony; a 1 minute walk to a subway station and a good super market. There is an elevator in the building.
Less than a 5 minute walk to the famous bombed memorial church, zoo and Berlin’s best and most popular shopping street (Kurfurstendamm) with some of the biggest, best department stores. It is a very short ride on subway or bus to museums, universities and theaters/operas.
Daily rent is 80€ (3 nights minimum stay), weekly rent is 475€, monthly rent is 1200€. Rental price includes all utilities; a refundable security deposit of 200€ is required; there is a checkout cleaning charge of 45 €.
