In the Southern area of Charlottenburg, in Pfalzburger Strasse, close to the very glamorous Fasanen Strasse and Pariser Strasse, a cozy and newly restored two rooms apartment (70 sq.m). The apartment is very near the church of Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche, the historic department store KaDeWe, and the Kurfürstendamm Strasse, the most popular boulevard in Berlin, in a neighbourhood full of cafes and restaurants. Public transports links (subway U1, U7, U9) are excellent, but all the main attractions of Berlin are within easy walking distance. The apartment is well furnished and fully equipped: one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, one big living room with a sofa/double bed, furnished kitchen, one bathroom. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Central heating. Tv and Stereo.
