The apartmenthouse has been located at the South of the Kurfürstendamm. Many well-known sights, like Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche, Kurfürstendamm, Kulturforum and the Zoo with the famous Aquarium could be reached by foot. The nearest subwaystation can be reached by foot in only 2 minutes. Here the U9 will bring you in 2 stops to the Kurfürstendamm and 3 stops to the railways station station Zoologischer Garten.

Modern and well equiped 2-room apartments (appr. 50 sqm) with one livingroom, one bedroom, well equiped kitchen and bathroom. The apartments have been located on the ground -, second, fourth- and fith floor, an elevator is available. Some apartments have a balcony, some don't.

The bedroom has a comfortable queensize double bed (180x200 cm) with comfortable mattrasses, bedside tables, chest of drawers and clockradio. Hotel bedlinen and towles are included.

The livingroom has a comfortable modern sleeping sofa (160 cm x 200 cm), coffeetable, dining table with 4 chairs, and television.

The kitchen has been fully equiped for self caterer. It has an electric cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, refridgerator, kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots and pans, and dishes.

The bathroom has a bathtub for showering, washstand, toilet and a window.

A parking lot in the courtyard ccould be rented for 5,00 Euro per day.
