Very spacious 2-room apartments located in the center of Berlin, the district Berlin-Mitte, between the Gendarme Markt and Checkpoint Charlie.

The apartments are situated in a modern building (2001), with a special architectural ambiance. The building has a modern elevator, a modern face and a representative entry.

The apartments are very spacious (64 m2 / 689 sqft) and practical, the entire living- and sleeparea has been covered with a dark wooden parquet flooring. They have 2 separated rooms; 1 classic bedroom and 1 living- / bedroom combination, kitchenette, a bathroom, balcony.
The apartments offer beds for four persons. A fifth person could sleep on a comfortable guestbed. For our youngest guests we could provide a travel crib on request.

The livingroom with sleeping facilities has a comfortable sleepingsofa (145x200 cm), 2 chairs, a sideboard, a diningcorner for 4-5 persons, cable television, dvd player, small stereo set and a wardrobe.

The bedroom has a queensize double bed (180x200 cm) with comfortable mattrasses, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of tables and clockradio.

The modern kitchen has been equiped with an electric kitchen stove with oven, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes, cutlery, etc.

The comfortable and modern bathroom is bright and newly tiled. It has a large bathtub with a (safety)glass separator, a designer toilet and a decorative broad granite washstand with a large mirror.

Bedlinen and towels are provided, Wireless internet access and a parkinglot in our secured parking basement could be ordered extra.

Info for handicapped people: The building has a large elevator, more than wheelchair wide. The apartments itself and all entrances are barrier free and wheelchair friendly. By all means assistance by a second person is necessary. Please ask for details.
