Our house, a former “fiefdom”, is located between Berchtesgaden and Ramsau, above a German alpine street. The sunny location in a stunning mountain landscape is a good starting point for a lot of delightful hikes. Our apartment is distinguished with 4 stars from the German tourism agency and has the quality mark of “countryside vacation” from the German agriculture agency (DLG). Both certificates guarantee good quality and sophisticated furnishing.

The prices given are for 2 people. Each extra person and child costs 15 €/day. A child under 6 can stay in the parent’s bed for free. The prices include final cleaning, bed sheets, telephone, color satellite TV, health resort dues, taxes, electricity and heating costs, no other costs are due.
New: early rental discount: for a booking 5 months before your arrvial, we will give you a 5 % bonus, 4 months before arrival 5% bonus.
Last minute deals: we offer a discount of 10% for a booking 14 days before arrival.
Deposit is 30% of total amount. The price for a 2 bedroom apartment is plus 10Euro
