The apartment lies in a little suburb of Konstanz, only a fifteen minutes drive from the town centre of the wonderful old city of Konstanz. The lake is only some 100 metres away. All important facilities like grocery store, drugstore, bakery, post office, doctor, pharmacie and bus stop are in short walking distance. There is a bus to Konstanz all 15 to 30 minutes. A port for boat trips is in the next village. This is the perfect spot for hiking, biking and swimming. 
Our apartment is a one room apartment of 40qm². It's nicely and recently furnitured and has a parquet floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. A computer with internet access, TV, DVD player and a stereo unit are available. It has a nice terrace with the possibility to grill. 
We can provide an additional children's bed.
