Welcome to the guest cottage in the grounds of our family home. The cottage comfortably accomodates up to 5 people plus a baby cot if required. On the ground floor there is a small sitting room with a dining table, off of the sitting room is a small bedroom with a double bed. The shower room and toilet are recently refurbished and are also on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.
A spiral staircase leads you to the second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and the baby cot if requested. Also upstairs are drawers and hanging space for clothes.
Part of our garden is reserved for your use and you will find a garden table and chairs, as well as deck chairs and a barb-q. If you have young children with you they will also enjoy the wendy house.
Our garden is safe, attractive and well maintained. The countryside around us is beautiful and we encourage you to borrow our bikes, or simply walk and discover the nearby forest.
It takes 20 minutes to reach Monet's garden at Giverny and there are several other gardens worth visiting near by. Paris is an hour away by car or by train. The pretty seaside towns of Honfleur and Deauville are also an hour away, for Bayeux and the Normandy landing beaches count 90 minutes.
Five minutes walk from the cottage we are lucky to have an excellent village shop selling groceries, fruit and meat. They are delivered twice daily by the local baker who provides good bread and wonderful croissants. If you enjoy eating out there are several good restaurants dotted along the valley.

When you arrive the beds are made up and all bedlinen, towels and tea towels provided. For longer stays, fresh linen is provided at the end of each week.

Low Season Price : £390 High Season Price : £450 per Week
25% booking fee, with balance due 8 weeks before arrival. We do not refund on cancellations once the balance is paid. A cheque for a deposit against breakages is requested. This cheque is not returned after the stay. Payment accepted by cheque or bank transfer.
