With its superb 30ft by 10ft heated swimming pool, it is idyllically set on the edge of the pretty village of Grandcourt, by wonderful rolling countryside not far from the beautiful Forest of Eu. The beach at Criel-sur-Mer is just a 15 minute scenic drive away and the cities of Dieppe and Abbeville are just half an hour away.

The Chateau and its Cottage are fantastic properties which have been lovingly restored retaining a vast array of original features. Both properties are furnished in keeping with their rustic country chateau character and surroundings and provide those little luxuries that make a holiday here something quite special. The Chateau and its Cottage are set in their own private 5 acres of beautiful parkland traversed by a river. We particularly welcome families with children and have concentrated on making it a fantastic and safe place for everyone to have a wonderful holiday. 
 
The East Wing of the Chateau de la Vallee is half of the fabulous property which is idyllically set on the edge of a village by rolling countryside near the beautiful Forest of Eu. The East Wing sleeps up to 10 people in four bedrooms and also has four bathrooms and two reception rooms. The West Wing is very similar in size to the East Wing and both can be rented together or separately. 
 
The 30 x 10 foot outdoor heated pool is shared with the neighbouring West Wing and Cottage which can be rented together with the East Wing if required. The beach at Criel-sur-Mer is just a 15 minute scenic drive away and the cities of Dieppe and Abbeville are just half an hour away, while Paris is an easy two hour drive. The Chateau has been lovingly renovated retaining a vast array of original features without being too fussy. It is furnished in a period style in keeping with the rustic surroundings and provide lots of little luxuries that make a holiday here something quite special.

• Travel Info: It's just an hour and a half's drive from Calais, where you have a choice of ferry operators from the UK. About one hour and twenty minutes is Boulogne, where there's a cheap and fast service into from the UK, or you can sail into Dieppe from Newhaven, and Dieppe is just a half hour drive. If you are flying, the Chateau is an hour and a half from Beauvais airport where Ryanair currently fly into from Dublin and Glasgow.
