Traditional Colombage house with 5 bedrooms sleeping upto 12 adults and 1 baby. Situated near the beautiful harbour town of Honfleur. The house is finished to a high standard within its own private gardens with an outside decked dining area. Includes a games room with pool table and table football. 
 
The house was built in traditional Normandy style, with views over the countryside.  
 
Bedroom 1 – Large room with kingsize bed and french windows opening onto a private balcony overlooking the gardens. 
Bedroom 2 – South facing double bedded room with views of the countryside. 
Bedroom 3 – South facing with twin beds. 
Bedroom 4 – Large family room with 2 double beds and wonderful views towards the valley. 
Bedroom 4 – Beamed double bedded room on the ground floor with views towards the neighbouring apple orchard. 
 
Downstairs bathroom. Bath with shower over, twin sinks and bidet. Separate WC. 
Upstairs bathroom with bath, sink and bidet. Separate WC. 
 
Large kitchen contains fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, double oven and electric hob. There is a separate utility room with tumble dyers, iron and ironing board. 
 
Large lounge / dining room with open log fire. Traditional leather chesterfield suite, oak dining table seating 12, TV, DVD, DVD library. French windows open onto the garden area. 
 
There is a highchair, travel cot, baby bath and change mat available at the house.

    • Conteville is a small village with a bakers, shops, pub and two restaurants (1 awarded a 2007 Michelin star). THe town square is within distance (0.8km) and has a market Friday mornings.  
     
    The house is located within 10 minutes drive of Honfleur. Honfleur has a vast range of shops, restaurants, gardens, galleries and museums. It also has a small beach and outdoor pool. 
     
    The cosmopolitan towns of Deauville & Trouville are a further 15 minute drive down the coast. Here you will find designers shops, casinos, theatres, restaurants, hydro-spa, horse racing track and a beautiful sandy beach. 
     
    Other locations nearby include Pont Audamer, Pont L'Eveque, Caen, Etretet, Rouen, D-Day Landing Beaches. Paris is approximately 1 hr 45 mins drive.

    Rates are from EURO 70 to EURO 170 per person per week Prices The prices are for 10 guests. For 12, then add EURO 50 to the price. The weekly charge for logs, electricity, linen & towels is from EURO 70/week depending on the season (10 persons). The end of stay cleaning fee is EURO 60 - however, we ask you to do your pots, empty the bins (Including ash), strip your bedding and leave the house in a tidy state. We supply freshly laundered bedding and bath towels per bed/person. Beds are made up for your arrival. Deposit & Payment 40% deposit to secure your holiday booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday. We accept payments by cheque/bank transfer in Euros or GBP. We take a security deposit of EURO 300. We refund this 4 weeks after your holiday - if no damage has occured. Cancelations If you have to cancel your booking and we are able to re-sell the week, we will refund your deposit minus Euro 30.
