FULL OF CHARACTER THIS BRAND NEW PROPERTY IS FINISHED TO A HIGH STANDARD.
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet style apartment (within a block of 4). Furnished well, the attractive apartment is up one short flight of stairs. On the 1st floor a hallway leads to a well equipped, fully integrated kitchen and open plan living space with feature window and french doors, offering stunning views of the mountains. Sofa, chairs, and dining area for 6 lead onto a south facing balcony with table and chairs for 4 people. Bedroom 1 on 2nd floor (sleeps 2), two single beds with connecting bathroom containing bath, toilet and sink. 1st floor (sleeps up to 4), 1 bunk bed and 1 single with additional hideaway bed beneath. ALL BEDS are very comfortable. A shower room, toilet and washbasin lead off the hall.

There is a large cave area for storage, an allocated parking space and a garage suitable for storing skis, boots, and bicycles.

Located 1 hour from Grenoble airport, 90 mins from Lyon or an 8/9 hour drive to Calais.
The resort of Alpe d'huez is 20 minute drive, Les Deux Alpes 30 minute, Serre Chevalier 1 hour.

RELAXATION
Relax and enjoy the peaceful setting and breathtaking scenery. Walk into Bourg d'Oisans and discover the village with its river running through. Mix with locals and holiday makers in little bars and restaurants.

Don't miss the busy year round market on Saturdays, a great choice of outstanding cheese, fresh vegetables, bread, cold meats and much more!

Enjoy the excellent food at alpine restaurants in Alpe d'Huez, our favourite is the Altiport.

Visit quaint little Venosc; or spend the day in Grenoble where you can take a tram ride, scenic cable car, shop in the pedestrianised area or visit the museums.

Take a day trip to Italy, or the pretty fortress town of Briancon. Take a cable car from Alpe d'Huez to top of Pic Blanc 3303m, the views are amazing!

ACTIVITY
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy a variety of activities, while children will enjoy trampolining in the summer, ice skating in winter and the choice of pools; in the summer communal pool/water slide in Bourg. Summer and winter enjoy the great indoor pool at Vaujany with lane swimming, kids pool and spa area, or the open air and indoor pools in Alpe d'Huez.

We are within walking distance of communal tennis, a bouledrome and an open air pool with toddler pool, water slide and grass area for picnics.

The apartment is well placed to select the 'best snow' in winter. Easy access to both high resorts Alpe d'Huez and Les 2 Alpes and the pretty tree lined resort Vaujany. We are also 1 hour away from the delightful resort of Serre Chevalier.

Price is based on the apartment, per week. A welcome pack will get you started. A deposit of £200 is required and at final payment a refundable damage/cleaning deposit will be required and returned after satisfactory changeover inspection. Rental rate does not include changeover £40. Bedding is available at £8 per set. Full cancellation policy will be sent with booking form. During school holiday minimum 1 week stay
