Situated at Sainte Foy Ski Station. 
 
Built in 2001, traditional style luxury chalet on new site, with beautiful views of Mont Pourri and valley. 
 
Winter 
On the ski station only 2-3 minutes walk from ski lifts, ski school, shops, restaurants and bars. Alternative skiing within easy reach at Les Arcs, Tignes and Val d’Isere, La Rosiere etc. Free transport to Sainte Foy village during ski season in the daytime. 
 
Summer  
Beautiful mountain scenery with plenty of scope to explore. 
Extensive facilities locally for outward-bound activities e.g. climbing, walking, cycling, parapent, rafting etc. 
Also not far from from La Rosiere and on to the Col du St Petit Bernard (normally open from mid June to early October weather permitting) and into Italy, ideal for keen walkers, cyclists etc. 
 
Barbecue available.

4 double bedrooms (1 double, 3 twin) 2 with ensuite facilities.  
Main bathroom with bath /shower and WC. Separate WC downstairs. 
 
In living area sofa converts to double bed. 
Large living/dining room with patio doors onto balcony. Open stone fireplace (logs provided) satelliteTV(Canal+) and Sky , video recorder, DVD ,c.d./cassette/ radio, telephone. Balcony on two sides of the chalet with beautiful views . 
 
Playing cards, board games and some videos for children / family viewing (in English) 
 
Well-equipped kitchen area-full size cooker, microwave , raclette/pierrade, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. 
Washing machine. 
 
Tumble dryer 
 
Lower Apartment ( one floor at lower level) Sleeps 4 to 6 people. 
 
This can be completely self contained or with the main chalet as it has own external door and an internal staircase with lockable door. 
This has 2 twin bedded rooms (can be put together as double on request) both with en suite shower and washbasin. 
Main bathroom with shower, washbasin and w.c. 
 
Living,/ dining/,kitchen room well equipped kitchen , crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc for 6. Conventional oven with extractor hood, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. 
 
Double sofa bed and seating for a further 4 people. Dining table and chairs for 6. 
Electric fire , under floor electric heating.  
Satellite TV, DVD. CD/Radio. 
 
 
For use by both chalet and apartment:- 
 
2 allocated covered parking spaces (one for the main chalet and one for the apartment.) 
 
Cot, Camping cot, adjustable baby gate and high chair available. 
 
 
Bed linen supplied.  
Welcome pack (e.g tea ,coffee, sugar ,longlife milk etc) 
 
Clients are strongly urged to arrange adequate travel and ski insurance  
 
Prices  
Main Chalet range from £600 in summer to £1350 in high season winter (8-10) 
Lower apartment from £280 to £665 in high season winter (4-6)

If chalet is left clean and tidy this will be refunded within approx one week of departure. Min booking 1 week, max 3 weeks (unless by prior arrangement) Payment by cheque or bank draft in sterling or euro.
