•Chalet Edelweiss is a luxurious chalet of 170 m² finished with traditional materials and furnished to a very high standard.
•The Chalet is well equipped and has a balcony with magnificent views over the valley and the surrounding mountains.
•Built in the traditional way so you see lots of wood and local stone as well as the typical Savoyard slate roofs.
•You will enjoy the large cosy living room with open fireplace and a roof with huge wooden beams.
•The apartment is just 50 m from the slopes.

•Ground floor:
-living room equipped with a television and DVD player
-dining area with a luxurious kitchen equipped with all modern facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction cooking rings, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and espresso machine.

When you confirm your reservation, please pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The second payment of 70% of the total amount has to be paid no longer than 4 weeks before your arrival.

At your arrival, a safety deposit of 1000 euros is requested per Credit card. If your chalet is ok, the form will be destroyed 1 week after your departure.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Conditions of cancellation :
- If cancelled 80 days before the day of arrival : 10% of the total costs.
- If cancelled from 80th-day (included)until the 40th days of arrival : 30% of the total costs
-If cancelled from the 40th day(included) until the 30th days of arrival : 75% of the total costs
- If cancelled from the 30th-day included up to and including the day of arrival : the total costs.
Cancellation has to be notified by registered letter and send to SARL 'Les Balcons de Sainte-Foy'. Date of arrival of the letter is the cancellation date.
