Townhouse in a charming fisher village, 1st row on the lake, fantastic view, 200m from the beach (sand), direct access to GR5 (hiking), climbing 500 m from the house,7min from Evian (Casino, ferry boat to Lausanne etc. ...), 5 min. from a supermarket, 10 minutes from Swisserland. Numerous opportunities for sports or cultural activities. 100m2,fully equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher cooking utensils, kettle, coffee machine, raclette etc. ...
Comfortable lounge with wood burning stove, TV and DVD player.
Modern bathroom shower and bathtub. 2 toilets.
2 spacious bedrooms, one with a lake view and another overlooking the village church.
A large terrace of 25 m2 and 15 m2 veranda with deck, BBQ and table and chairs.
A garden where children can play safely (playhouse).
A garage under the a house.
You will find in the village 3 restaurants, fresh bread and croissant (at the post office !): You can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen of the village ( 50 m from the house). The access to the lake is 50m. from the house but for a proper beach you will have to walk 200m... Fishing is possible all around the promenade. You can start your trekking directly from the village and reach the famous GR5 in no time. 500m west from the house there is a full equiped rochclimbing area.
Driving 5 min. west you will find a supermarket.
Driving west 7 min. you will find Evian and is famous spring water and also its casino, lots of rstaurants, a cinema, a theatre a nigth club, a sailing club, possibility for waterskiing, a gym and a wellness center. In the north part of Evian 2min. from downtown there is a riding club, a tennis club and a magnificient golf club. From Evian yu can take the ferry to Lausanne (20 min) and visit this beautifull city and its museums (olympics museum for ex.)
If you want to try rafting, kayaking, kanyoning you will have to drive to Thonon (30 min).
For adventure sportand theme park you will have to drive east and cross the border to swisserland to Le Bouveret (12 min).
For mountain bike "le plateau de Gavot"(15min) offers you great opportunities.
For skiing and snowboarding it take 15 min to drive to Thollon les Mémises, 30 min to La Chapelle, and 45 min to Avoriaz.
Available all year long from 500 to 700 euros per week. Also available for a week-end.

30 % of the price is required for booking and has to be transfer an our bank account. This money - 10% is returned to you if you cancel your reservetion at least 4 weeks before the date of your arrival. 70% is to be paid at the day your arrival. (cash or chek, no credit card). A deposit of 100 euros is expected (cash or check) and will be returned to you at the day of your departure except in case some damage has been cause during your stay or in case of necesity for housecleaning after your stay. 50 euros will be charged for housecleaning.
