This 5 Star luxury chalet is in a ski in/ski out position overlooking the ancient spa town of St Gervais. With its stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Chaine du Fizz and easy access by car to St Gervais and Megeve it is one of the best chalets in the area. The chalet was completed in 2007 after a 3 year extensive renovation procedure. Much of the existing timber was reused to offer a pleasant blend of new and old. Access to the chalet is from a junction on the main St Gervais to Megeve road and by a well maintained and snow free lane.

Booking this chalet gives you exclusive use of the whole building. This comprises on the first floor a large comfortable lounge and dining area with a wood burner and access to the large south east facing balcony where you can sit and admire the views of the Mont Blanc Massif and the Chaines du Fiz. Also on this level there is a separate TV room with large screen LCD TV incorporating a Wii console, a cloakroom, the laundry
room with washing machine and tumble drier, the well equipped kitchen and the first and largest of the 6 bedrooms. This double bedroom is large enough to take an extra bed and has an en-suite bathroom with integral shower.

The open plan staircase leads you to the balcony and mezzanine where you will find a cosy area reserved for reading with plenty of books in English and French. On this level you will also find the 5 remaining bedrooms. 3 of these are again large enough to take an extra bed and have their own bathrooms. The 4th double/twin bedded room and 5th room containing Bunk beds are connected by their own corridor and share a bathroom. We call this the family suite. All the double beds can be split into singles to make twin bedded rooms. The beds are dressed with white Egyptian cotton linen which is changed mid week. The ensuite bathrooms are fully tiled and have baths with integral showers. We provide bathrobes, slippers and luxury bath products to our catered clients.

After a long day on the slopes the guests are encouraged to use the 4 person sauna in the basement and the outdoor jacuzzi with views of Mont Blanc. There is also a fully equipped gym if the days skiing wasn't enough!

The Hosts also provide a secure ski room with boot drier system. Car parking for up to 6 vehicles. A courtesy mini bus for transfers and in resort transport. A snow guarantee between January and March. For self catered options please contact the manager.
