Le Regency is a newly built apartment block, situated right beside the high speed gondola, and a 5 minute walk from all the facilities of the main town. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with view across a narrow gorge to the town and mountains beyond. The 45msq floor area is divided up into a double bedroom with dressing area and storage. At the far side of the living room is another bedroom with bunk beds and more drawer space. The kitchen is fully fitted with halogen hob, full size built in fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and combi oven. Crockery and utensils for up to 6 people. The living area has leather sofas 2 & 3 seater (sofa-bed), satellite TV with DVD, radio and CD player. The dining area has seating for 6. The bathroom has a bath with mixer shower over and handbasin. Teh toilet is seperate. There is also a large cloak room/drying room useful for all your wet gear and boots. On the ground floor is a lockable ski locker for boards and skis, boots are brought up to the room. Underfloor heating keeps the apartment at a constant temperature with wall mounted convectors to add a boost.

St Gervais is fabulous in both summer and winte. This charming town grew up as a result of the thermal spa at the bottom of the valley in Le Fayet with its beautiful grounds with play area/park for the children. The rack railway starts in Le Fayet and contiues up to finish just short of the Bionnassay glacier. Just past Le Fayet, is the Lake with its own beach,and next door is the white water rafting centre - they will put you on a coach to the nearby river - great fun! St Gervais is not purpose built ski resort but a town in its own right, with a local feel, from its Baroque church to the weekley produce market in the town square. The food is strongly influenced by the locally produced cheeses and meats and the varied restaurants in the town give ample opportunity to sample the local fayre.

St Gervais has its own ice rink - try to skate yourself or spectate at one of the exciting ice hockey matches. Nextdoor is the sports centre, with outdoor swimming pool, tennis and crazy golf. A 20 min drive will take you into Chamonix with loads more to do - from parapenting to the luge(small summer bobsleigh), childrens pleasure park and for those daring teenagers an adventure park in the trees. A 10 minute drive in the opposite direction and you will reach the extremely chic town of Megeve - here you'll find bowling, larger sport centre and up market shops and eateries.

				Low Season Price:	£300 per Week
				High Season Price:	£550 per Week

We require £100.00 deposit to reseve the dates requied. The balance will then be due no less than 6 weeks prior to departure together with £150 returnable deposit providing the apartment is left as found. Any breakages or extra cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit. Details of cancellations can be found on our booking form.
