The apartment can be configured as 1 or 2 bedroomed depending on your needs and can sleep up to 5 comfortably. It has underfloor heating and electric panel heating for ease and comfort. There is a very comfortable and spacious living area, kitchen facilities with a bedroom off this with bunk beds and a separate bathroom.

From the living area you have another large bedroom with twin beds and a pull down bed if you require with its own bathroom. There are 2 sets of french doors leading to outside and grage space to store skis and equipment.

From the outside you have full use of the garden space around which also makes an excellent sledging run for the children and adults. The views are panoramic, looking towards the peak of mont blanc, the village of saint gervais and then the rochers des fiz mountain range.

Saint gervais is a spar town and has the thermal park facilities which uses natural thermal springs for skin treatments or for just indulging yourself which massages and beauty therapies.
For the more intrepid, as well as all the normal mountain activities; It is very popular with para-gliding and offers a full range of courses for beginners and advanced.

We ask payment via a cheque, bank transfer or through paypal. With paypal we do ask that you meet half the cost of using this facility.

We ask for a 15% deposit to secure the booking and then the remainder 8 weeks before coming.
We also require a breakages/lost key deposit of £150 which can come with the final payment or cash on arrival.(We do not charge for the odd plate or glass). This will then be reimbursed as you depart assuming no major breakages.
