Located within a few 100m of the Tramway du Montblanc, its your passport into the mountains stopping at the Les Houches ski domain in the winter & continuing to 2400m Nid d"Aigle after the snow melts.

This property is spacious and airy, with 2 sets of french doors leading onto a large balcony, perfect for a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or dining outside with your family and friends & as the sun sets enjoy the fantastic mountain silhouette!

You are invited to experience the friendliness & quality of mountain life, including regional food-drink & and the many local events that run all year round.

Saint Gervais "Mont Blanc" consists of charming savoyard market towns & villages, traditional building, beautiful hamlets, Baroque Style Churches & wonderful views throughout the seasons.

The property will consist of 3 bedrooms + cabin (8 persons) final layout will be available in December when the property will then be fully furnished & equipped. Its only the furniture, beds & TV etc that needs to be installed.

St Gervais is well placed for travel to both Chamonix (mountaineering capital of europe) & Megeve (one of the oldest ski resorts in the alps "french chic") and could be described as somewhere between the two!

Low Season Price : £600
High Season Price : £1500 per Week
Prices are in £ Sterling and to secure a booking 25% deposit is required by bank/internet transfer or cheque. With the balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday.A refundable cash (damage/cleaning) deposit off £150 (200 Euros).
