This spacious quality 88m2 apartment enjoys a premium position as it is situated right next to the main St Gervais cable car. It's quiet, yet central location, puts bars, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk and there is a bread shop just across the road.
Le Chatelain comprises of 3 bedrooms. It has two triple rooms which have a set of bunk beds and a single bed. One room benefits from a balcony and the other from sloped ceilings and a skylight window. The third bedroom is a main double room. A baby cot can be made available on request. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a combi-microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and ceramic 4-ring hob. The sitting room area has a DVD player, flat screen TV and a satellite link up to Freeview Sky TV - bring your sky card to access it.
There is a family bathroom with W.C and a separate fitted shower room as well as a separate toilet.
On the ground floor you will have access to a secure private ski locker. The apartment is based on the top floor and has elevator access. There is parking around the building.

St Gervais is in the heart of the French Alps and at the foot of the Mont Blanc. It is 30 minutes from Chamonix, 1 hour from the beautiful town of Annecy and also 1 hour from Geneva airport which provides easy access.
It boasts 450km of skiing along with the nearby resort of Megeve & Les Contamines which are all covered on the same pass.
Despite being a resort town it is also a real working French village and retains its character.
In winter there is all types of winter sports such as: alpine skiing, cross country skiing, ski-touring, snowboarding, sledging, ice skating, ice climbing, snowshoeing.
In summer it's perfect for biking, climbing, swimming in lakes and pools, fishing and of course walking.
