Chalet de Marie is a new chalet apartment block built 2007/8 right oppsite the Panthiaz lift connecting Chapell to Chatel and the massive Portes du Soleil ski area. The apartment is self catering with 2 bedrooms and a Coine Montagne (bunk beds) sleeping 6 with bathrom and seperate WC and large living aea,there is also a ski and boot locker. Lessons, ski hire, lift passes & transfers to and from Geneva Airport (about one & half hours), can be arranged if required. Both Chappell and Chatel are pretty villages on the boarder of France & Switzerland with plenty of Shops Restaurants & Bars just a few minutes walk from the chalet, there is also a large Supermarket close by.

It is also an ideal summer holiday rental as there are plenty of activities such as Walking, Mountain biking, Parascending, White river rafting, Swimming, & riding the 'Fantasticable', a high speed, high level, cable ride across a mountain valley. The chair lifts are also open in the summer for Walkers and Mountain bikers.

A 20% security deposit is required to secure the booking and is returnable after departure once the apartment has been checked. linen is provided but a small laundry charge is paid locally to the key holder. The apartment should also be cleaned on departure but arrangements can be made with the key holder to do this for a small charge paid locally
