This well maintained south/west facing 3rd floor apartment with balcony and mountain views has one bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bed settee in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas/electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and a generous selection of utensils. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater sofa bed, a dining table and chairs, wood panelled walls, television, radio/cassette player & ample storage. The bathroom has a full size bath with integral shower. Patio furniture for the balcony comprises, table, parasol, chairs with cushions. There is a lockable ski locker in the basement, and a games room and bicycle store. The apartment block is set in a quiet location and has free exterior parking. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the free ski bus stop, which runs about every 15 minutes in winter - the nearest ski lift Super Morzine to Avoriaz, is 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is 2 kms from the Tourist office. Board games are provided. 
 
Morzine - a picturesque Alpine village - is located in one of the largest ski areas in the world the Portes du Soleil, encompassing over 650 km of pistes, and stretches over parts of France and Switzerland. Morzine is favourably located in the Portes du Soleil ski pass region, with easy access to Avoriaz, Les Gets, Nyon, Chatel, Ardent/Lindaret, and is suitable for all grades of skier/snow boarder offering superb views of Mt Blanc, Les Dents du Midi, Les Dents Blanches, and much off piste skiing/boarding as well. In summer the area is a delight for walkers, mountain bikers and other outdoor activities such as swimming, horse riding, paragliding, tennis, golf (in Les Gets), children's/adults' adventure parks, canyoning, white water rafting. Morzine is a charming town with ample shopping facilities, restaurants, & bars. The Tour de Mt Blanc is sometimes routed through Morzine in July. The apartment in Morzine 1000, is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the nearest supermarket 'Ed'.
