Vacation Rental Description
This large first floor apartment is warm and cosy and offers very comfortable accommodation with superb views across the valley: 
· 3 generous bedrooms. The first can sleep up to 4 with a double plus a single bunk bed above and an additional single; the second with twin beds, and the third provides a standard double bed.  
· a spacious lounge has a large open fireplace, television, and a dining area for relaxed meals. There are French windows that open out onto the main balcony – allowing you to enjoy the views as you relax after the days’ activities. One of the sofa’s can convert into a double bed. 
· a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you’ll need – including a breakfast area and French doors opening on to the balcony. 
· bathroom and an additional shower room. 
La Vardaf is situated in Montriond 800M from the Super Morzine telecabine and the footbridge that takes you into the beautiful town of Morzine. In the winter access to the Ski slopes is quick and easy and in the summer its 10mins from the Morzine swimming pool and tennis courts. Within 5 minutes of the Chalet is a Baker. Wider shopping facilities are easily accessible with a wide choice of food & wines, and lots of Restaurants and Bistros are nearby. 
 
There is parking in front of the apartment for 2 cars, and you can enjoy the gardens that surround the chalet.  
 
The Chalet is on the sunny side of the valley, which means that at the end of the day, you can watch the sun go down from the front balcony - and in the summer you might even catch a glimpse of the Deer that often graze at the rear of La Vardaf at the edge of the forest clearing. 
 
We operate on a Sunday-Sunday change over.

    You are required to provide a damage deposti of 250 Euros or £200 - this is required to cover any breakages, or damage/loss of hired linen/towels, and also to ensure the accomodation is left reasonably clean and tidy when you leave. Deposits can be paid in advance by cheque/bank transfer - or in cash on arrival - and will be returned once the apartment has been checked. Payments for holidays can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due a minimum of 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellation charges: o Greater than 6 weeks before date of arrival – deposit o 6 to 3 weeks before date of arrival – 50% of total fee o less than 3 weeks before arrival – 100% of total fee Non payment of any balance outstanding by the due date may be considered as a cancellation. Any cancellations or changes should be reported to us asap by email/in writing. We will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.
