Chalet Lagopede has been a mountain home from home to Vallee Gourmets guests since it started up 5 years ago. In December 2005 Chalet Lagopede opened its doors for the first time. Over 5 great seasons we have refined our product and made many good friends who keep coming back for another helping of our friendly and flexible service, our good food and wine and a relaxing holiday in spacious comfortable surroundings.

Accomodation is over 3 floors.
• 4 double or twin bedrooms, all ensuite.
• Zip lock beds provide flexible and very comfortable sleeping in king, superking or twin format.
• All bathrooms have either separate bath/shower or over bath shower.
• Fabulous bathroom products from Provence
• fluffy towels, bathrobes and slippers and
• fine cotton bed linen.

The spacious open plan living room has
• a roaring log fire
• stunning views and a spacious balcony. (A favourite spot with smokers in this otherwise non smoking chalet) Sip your wine, nibble your canapés and watch the sun set over the spectacular Alps.
• Wifi broadband

• DVD and a good selection of current viewing
• i pod dock
• English newspapers, magazines, board games and puzzles
• ski locker & heated boot warmers
• nespresso machine

The catering is bountiful. Every day you will get
• a full range of hot and cold breakfast to set you up for an energetic day on the piste.
• Ski home to fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, scones with Vin Chaud, fresh coffee, full range of teas.
6 nights a week we prepare
• fabulous canapés, served with champagnes or your choice from the bar
• a 3 course gourmet dinner with fine menu matched wines.
• Our young guests are catered for with tasty child friendly menus, served as a separate sitting or en familie.

Mostly, we are best known for our friendly service, your transport will be on hand to whisk you off the lifts, bars & shops or scoop you up from your après ski stop. Transport available on demand all day, from 08.00 - 22.00.

• organise and book transfers
• pre book your equipment, fitted at the chalet
