Chalet Marmottes is a large luxury chalet is built in the Savoy style, using generous amounts of wood and natural stone, and with stylish interior design. It offers a spacious and comfortable holiday home, with great facilities, in a superbly convenient location.

With a liveable floor area of 165 m2, the chalet is extremely spacious. It is in the 'Hameau des Marmottes' area with supermarket, several restaurants, a ski pass sales office, a ski shop and the Yeti bar, all in the immediate environs of the village.

You can ski from the chalet, 300m on an easy run to reach the Tortollet lift, giving access to the whole of the 3 Valleys, and ski back to very close to the chalet. It is a few hundred metres from the chalet village on foot to the Telepreyerand pedestrian lift taking passengers to the La Croisette centre of Les Menuires. The lift runs from 8:00 to 23:00.

The chalet has tiled and parquet floors with ample closet space. The chalet is heated with electric radiators which may be programmed individually, and is equipped with excellent insulation, including double glazing. Two large boilers guarantee sufficient hot water. The chalet also has its own covered parking space in the garage building and a ski locker in the chalet.

This roomy chalet has three floors. The entrance hall with the living room and kitchen are on the ground floor, along with one bedroom and bathroom. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper and lower floors.

Chalet Marmottes is self-catered, and the price includes bed linen, towels and reasonable end of stay cleaning. However, we can also arrange catering if required, at 205 euros pp. Please contact us for details of this service

This luxury chalet is in an excellent ski in/out location, at the heart of the 3 Valleys, one of the largest ski areas in the world with 600km of pistes. You can simply put on your skis, and step out onto an easy blue run which, in 300m, takes you to a lift which whisks you into the heart of this fantastic area. The furnishing and finish is of excellent quality and this chalet offers spacious accommodation for groups of up to 16. There are 7 bedrooms, each with twin/double beds, sleeping 14 in comfort. The chalet can accommodate up to 16, using the sofabed in the lounge.

Les Menuires is part of the massive 3 Valleys (Les Trois Vallees) ski area - at 600km it's one of the world's largest domains. The village is at 1850m and with skiing up to 2850m, offering great skiing for all levels. The extensive snow-making system ensures excellent conditions from December to April. Non-skiers can enjoy the beautiful walks, microlight flights, snow-shoeing, cable car trips up the mountain to meet skiing friends for lunch, ice skating or simply relaxing in the fitness centre with Spa facilities. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and bars too.
