Situated in the small mountain town of Faverges. Faverges is in a wide valley surrounded by high mountains and equal distance between Annecy and Albertville. 
Many of the worlds highest and most highly rated ski stations are within 50km and some just 25km distance.  
The area is a popular Spring and Summer Center for Cycling both on the tour around Lake Annecy and for the specialist cyclists of mountain cols. The cycle route from Annecy to Albertville passes the house. The region is also a key center for Parapenting, Mountain Trekking and Canyoning. 
5 Newly furnished bedrooms 4 x twins and 1 double are warm and spacious for mountain bedrooms. 2 x twins are on suite. 
The open plan high cathedral style ceiling lounge is situated on the floor above the bedrooms and features an open fire. The kitchen is very well equipped and fitted with modern appliances including a very high speed induction hob unit. On a clear day you can breakfast looking out at Mont Blanc in the distance. The laundry has a Miele Washing machine and dryer unit. Wi Fi is included as is French and English TV. Heating is automatic in public areas and individually controlled in each bedroom. The open log fire adds that special feel of Alpine life. 
The house is the main residence of the owners. Full services can be provided or guests can request sole use.
