Luxury 4 bedroom alpine chalet built in 2005 by local artisans. It is fully equipped with all the modern facilities you would expect to find in a luxury 5* property, and it is the perfect home base to take advantage of the many activities you can find in the French Alps.
The open space in the living room provides comfortable seating for 8-10 around the fireplace (logs provided), the large screen LCD TV or around the large dining room table. The south facing terrace lets you enjoy the stunning mountain views and even outdoor barbecues (with the gas BBQ) if you wish.
Our chalet is easily accessible, and is only a 3 minute drive from a high speed 6 person ski cabin leading to the 265 km of ski trails in Grand Massif, which include Samoens, Flaine, Morillon, les Carroz and Sixt.
Geneva (with Easyjet flights), Chamonix, Italy (through the Mont Blanc tunnel), and Annecy (the Venice of the Alps) are only a one hour drive from the chalet.
Samoens, a very quaint historic village located in the heart of the French Alps, has kept its charm from the olden days, with its picturesque restaurants, shops with regional products, pubs and a typical French outdoor market.
During the winter, 90 km of cross country ski trails are also nearby, as well as activities organized by the Office of Tourism (ice skating rink, snow shoeing, dog sleigh rides).
During the Summer, you can also enjoy aerial sports, swimming pool, advanture park, a lake, mountain trails for all ages, 600 km of bike trails, tennis, golf, swimming, hiking, etc..
