    First booking by phone or by e-mail. To confirm your book, you have to send us the rental contract and the rental conditions signed and approuved, by mail with the 30% inital deposit (optionnal cancel insurance in addition). Payment can be made by euro cheque, bank transfer (information are on the contract) The balance of payments will be paid the same way one month before your arrival. As soon as we receive the letting documents and the initial deposit, we will confirm your booking by mail or email. (VAT is included.) Deposit of 2 000 € not cashed and sent back after the inventory. Animals are welcomed after our agreement. At your arrival; you'll have to pay off the Tourist tax (1 euro/day/ person over 13) Chalet Grand Massif operates a no smoking for the comfort and safety of guests
