PureChalets specialise in offering fully catered ski & snowboarding holidays in the charming alpine village of Samoens. We also offer a range of catering options in the Summer. The company is privately run and owned by Andy & Liz. We have created a warm atmosphere to ensure that you enjoy a relaxing & stress-free holiday.
Chalet Orion is our brand new catered chalet. It is located in an ideal position around 200m from the town centre with breath-taking views of the village and mountains.
Breakfast and afternoon tea with homemade cakes is served every day of your stay. A delicious four-course evening meal with quality wines is served on six of the seven nights you are with us. Chez Bobeau has plenty of après ski entertainment on site - a luxury seven seater hot-tub with amazing mountain views, a games room with table football, an open log fire and a fully stocked bar.
We sleep up to 14 guests in five ensuite bedrooms situated over three floors. There are two family rooms with double beds and bunk beds. Three of the rooms have balconies with amazing views. All the beds are dressed in luxury duvets and pillows and fluffy towels are provided. Whilst you are out enjoying the snow, your rooms will be kept spotlessly clean.
There is a large homely open plan lounge and dining area, with a wooden-beamed ceiling - the central feature is a warming log fire. After a days skiing or boarding you can sit back and relax in our cosy snug area, with comfortable deep sofas. We have a large TV with satellite, a good range of DVD's, a library of books and plenty of board games for you to enjoy. There is also a well stocked bar that we run on an honesty basis.
On the balcony at the front of the chalet, we plan to have a luxury 4-seater hot-tub which will have great views over the village and mountains.
We operate a no smoking policy within the chalet, however there is a covered balcony just off the living area.
Samoens is one of the most beautiful villages in France. Part of the Grand Massif ski area, which connects five resorts including Flaine, Samoens is on the doorstep of an awesome 265km of pistes, starting at 1600m and rising to 2500m. The chalet is in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the main Grand Massif Express lift and only a 7 minute walk to the centre of Samoens. Geneva airport is just one hour away and we offer a transfer service to get you to and from the airport.
