This lovely apartment is comfortable and cheerful. It is ideally located, very close to the charming village centre, with many shops, restaurants, and lively cafes and it is also perfect for walks, mountain biking and other outdoor fun, as it is at garden level and right next door to open meadows and woods.
5 different areas to start your day skiing: Le Linga one way, Super-Chatel another way, La Panthia or Abondance a bit further, or traditional Morgins in Switzerland, only 5 mins drive from the apartment! Ski area is fantastic, with 650km of piste and 12 resorts linked, including the trendy Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets.

Activities
Amazing skiing area, Les Portes du Soleil links 12 resorts, in France and Switzerland. We advise you to start your day from one side of Chatel (either Le Linga or Super-Chatel), go through many resorts and Switzerland, and end the day in the other side of Chatel. Or you can travel as far as Les Gets, through Avoriaz and Morzine, and come back to Chatel in a day. Domain is good for beginners to advanced, great kids nurseries and ski schools.

The fields, trees, a lovely stream, are right outside the back door, just open the balcony's gate and explore.
You can ski back through the fileds to the apartment (snow conditions permitting), and the village center is just a few minutes walk, either through the meadows and farms, or via the road on the other side of the apartment.
