Set in an elevated position in Les Nants looking over towards Plaine des Praz and Mont Blanc Maison Frasse is set in the sunny southern side of the valley. The chalet is an original Chamonix house built some 80 years ago new renovated during 2009, decorated and furnished in an ecliptic style. 
The majority of the living space is on the upper two floors of the property allowing you to access the stunning view across the towards the Mont Blanc. 
You enter the Chalet into a large entrance hall with plenty of storage for skis, shoes, boots and coats, going up a staircase you enter into the light sitting room the sitting room has a central open fire, behind which there is a office / study area which can be closed off from the main sitting room in front of the fireplace you have the main living space with comfy sofas, this then opens into the dining area and then onto kitchen. Large windows maximise the light and the view, French windows lead from the dining area directly out onto the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipt being newly fitted with oven separate hob, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher. On the same level there is a double bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, along with the family bathroom which has a large walk in shower. 
The top floor contains two large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large double bed along with a stylish open plan ensuite with bath, shower over and wash hand basin there are French windows opening to the front of the property to yet again take in the beauty of Mont Blanc. The second bedroom, has a double bed plus a single bed behind a small alcove this room also has the benefit of a wash hand basis, from the velux windows in this room you can enjoy the views of Flegere. There is a separate toilet on this floor between the two bedrooms. The third bedroom is a single bedroom on the basement floor, where there is also a further shower room with toilet.
