This luxury apartment in the superbly situated Villa Vallet residence offers Chamonix accommodation right in the centre of town, and only minutes away from the Savoy ski area, making your ski holiday as convenient as can be. 
 
The apartment is on the top floor of the building and has a large living area with an excellent standard of furnishings. With huge wooden beams and an integrated log fire, this apartment has alpine charm mixed with a contempory finish.  
 
The large southwest-facing balcony has a seating area and looks out onto the old Church with views of the Mont-Blanc Massif. 
 
Sleeps 6, 3rd Floor 
 
The lounge area – is set out in two areas, a main lounge and a 'chill out zone'. The lounge has large leather sofas set aroung the fireplace and includes a TV with British satellite channels, DVD player, X-Box and stereo system. 
 
The open-plan kitchen/dining area – is modern and fully equipped with a granite worktop, dishwasher, built in oven & hob and a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is the dining area which has a large table which can seat up to eight. 
 
Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and hand-basin. 
 
Bedroom 2 – is a twin room with a wardrobe and large chest of drawers. 
 
Bedroom 3 – is another twin room with wardrobe space. 
 
There is a large family bathroom which has a 'Philippe Stark' double bath, a large separate shower unit, toilet and granite sink unit. 
 
There is also a separate shower room and toilet. 
 
For ski/bike storage there is a ski locker in the basement. 
 
There is also secure underground parking for two vehicles, please bear in mind a height restriction of 2m.

The apartment is available on a self cater basis, and is inclusive of the apartment utilities, bed linen, bath and hand towels for each occupant and end of stay cleaning.

Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation.
