Résidence Kursaal is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 people, currently undergoing renovations to its bathroom, kitchen and to provide hardwood flooring throughout this apartment will be among Chamonix’s finest for the coming winter. The Apartment overlooks the town square, in the very sought after centrally located Place Balmat. 
 
With a stunning 35 sq m Living room with large windows offering a bright large space and all the modern conveniences of a flat screen television, European satellite, sound system and internet connection.

Sleeps 4-6, 1st Floor 
 
The Lounge/Dining area - A large 35m2 living room with high ceilings and lots of sunlight overlooking the town square. It boasts a fantastic flat screen TV with European satellite with over 120 channels including some in English. A brand new DVD and stereo system with iPod docking station. There is also WIFI access. The large comfortable sofa, and arm chair, plus the coffee table, making this the perfect relaxing area. The Dining area has an oak table which comfortably seats 6 people. 
 
The Kitchen area - Fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge and breakfast bar leading to the Lounge/Dining area. 
 
Bedroom 1 - A large double bedroom with a king size bed benefitting from two floor to ceiling windows, bedside tables and curtained storage area including a wardrobe. 
 
Bedroom 2 - Another large bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and floor to ceiling window. 
 
Bedroom 3 - An adequate internal room with bunk beds and shelving storage unit. 
 
Main Bathroom - With a shower, wash basin and WC. 
 
All windows are equipped with external shutters or internal blinds.

The apartment is available on a self cater basis, and is inclusive of the apartment utilities, bed linen, bath and hand towels for each occupant and end of stay cleaning.

Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer.
