This is a truly spacious, luxurious 3-bedroom apartment of over 100 square metres, central Chamonix accommodation at its best.  
 
Situated on the ground floor it has a south facing terrace which benefits from the stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. 
 
Beautifully furnished, this apartment has excellent quality facilities making this an exceptionally comfortable and well appointed apartment for 6/8 persons. It is centrally located for local amenities and is just one minutes walk to the main bus stop. 
 
Sleeps 6-8, Ground Floor 
 
The lounge/dining area – is exceptionally spacious, has a TV salon with a wall mounted 43" plasma Screen TV with UK SKY satellite connection and surround sound system that doubles up to be a Hi-fi. There are three settees, one of which converts to a sofa bed, two arm chairs plus another TV/DVD. Wifi is also available in this apartment.  
In the dining area there is a large rectangle table which comfortably seats 6/8 people.  
 
Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with wardrobes, parquet flooring and patio doors leading out to the garden. 
 
Bedrooms 2 – is a twin bedroom with wardrobe space and views of the garden and river. 
 
Bedrooms 3 – is a twin bedroom with wardrobe space and views of the garden and river. 
 
Bathroom – is tiled and has a marble sink top finish, toilet and a bath. 
 
Shower room – is tiled and has a shower cubicle and sink 
 
The kitchen area - has all modern appliances including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave/oven and patio doors to the rear terrace. 
 
The hallway and cloakroom - this leads to the lounge and has hanging space for coats. 
 
Separate WC - a separate WC is located in the cloakroom area and also contains a washing machine. 
 
There is a ski locker located next to the apartment entrance and also a communal bike store area. 
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

The apartment is available on a self cater basis, and is inclusive of the apartment utilities, bed linen, bath and hand towels for each occupant and end of stay cleaning.

The valley is dominated by the beauty of the Mont Blanc Massif whose surrounding peaks offer a varied selection of skiing, with the highest lift reaching 3842 metres. Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer.
