This is a superb purpose built three-bedroom apartment with a high build quality, offering luxury accommodation in Chamonix for up to 6 people. 
 
With its large living area and sunny views, this luxurious apartment is decorated throughout with tasteful modern furnishings to make your holiday as comfortable as can be. 
 
The apartment is superbly placed right in the heart of Chamonix and the main shopping centre and just one minutes walk from the main bus stop.  
 
This is your chance to stay in a highly regarded development with fantastic all-round views and all the amenities of Chamonix close to hand. 
 
Sleeps 6, 2nd Floor 
 
The lounge/dining area – has a balcony with views overlooking the river L'Arve and the Mont Blanc massif. There are two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table together with a TV with Euro satellite and a DVD player. The large wooden dining table comfortably seats six. 
 
The large kitchen area - is modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a built-in four ring hob, microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. 
 
Bedroom 1 – is an ensuite double connected with sliding doors to the lounge. It has its own balcony overlooking the river and plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The ensuite consists of a shower and wash basin with mirror. 
 
Bedroom 2 – is a twin room with its own balcony overlooking the paved square adjacent to rue du Docteur Paccard and up to Brevent. There is a small chest of drawers for storage. 
 
Bedroom 3 – is a twin room with views of Brevent and a large double built-in wardrobe. 
 
There are two spacious family bathrooms adjacent to the twin rooms, one has a bath and shower, a large wash basin with mirror and a toilet. The other has a bath and shower with a wash basin and mirror. 
 
There is also a separate WC 
 
In the basement there is a ski locker and a communal bike store area. 
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

    The valley is dominated by the beauty of the Mont Blanc Massif whose surrounding peaks offer a varied selection of skiing, with the highest lift reaching 3842 metres. Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

    We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer. (there is a 1.5% credit card surcharge) Alterations or cancellation A cancellation of holiday request must be made in writing or by email by the lead name booker. Cancellation charges are as follows and applicable from the day we receive written notification; 71 days or more prior to arrival Loss of deposit 70-43 days prior to arrival 30% of total price 42-29 days prior to arrival 45% of total price 28-15 days prior to arrival 60% of total price Less than 14 days or no show 100% of total price Prices are based on rental of the whole property.
