This is a superb purpose built three bedroom duplex apartment with a high build quality, offering luxury accommodation in Chamonix for up to 6 people. 
 
The property has a light, airy feel and is extremely spacious benefitting from quality furnishings and appliances to make your holiday as comfortable as can be. 
 
The apartment opens on to a large balcony which has fantastic views spanning from Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi across to the Drus. 
 
This is your chance to stay in a contemporary, spacious apartment with great views, all the amenities of Chamonix close to hand and only a two minute walk to the nearest bus stop. 
 
Sleeps 6, 2nd Floor 
 
The lounge area – has a large sofa and comfortable lounge chairs. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player including Euro satellite and Bose home theatre sound system which also plays CD's.  
From the lounge, there are sliding glass doors opening on to a large balcony with views of the Mont Blanc vista and the Chamonix valley as a whole.  
 
The kitchen area – is modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, built-in oven, a 4 ring hob and a dishwasher. It is situated right next to the dining area which seats 6 people. 
 
All bedrooms are upstairs: 
Bedroom 1 – has a large double bed and plenty of hanging and cupboard space. There is also an en-suite shower and basin. 
 
Bedroom 2 – is a twin room with a large chest of drawers and a velux window. 
 
Bedroom 3 – is a spacious twin room with cupboard space. 
 
The bathroom - has a bath with shower attachment, toilet and a large wash basin with mirror. 
 
The shower room – is downstairs and has a shower and wash basin together with a washing machine. 
 
There is also a separate WC downstairs. 
 
For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement. 
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

The apartment is available on a self cater basis, and is inclusive of the apartment utilities, bed linen, bath and hand towels for each occupant and end of stay cleaning.

Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer.
