Light and airy, this is a 65 square metre, two bedroom apartment with mezzanine offering excellent accommodation for 4-6 people. 
 
Alpes 2 Pepino, with its fifth floor rooftop vantage point, offers great views of the Mont Blanc massif and you will love the high, angled ceilings and extra space offered with the mezzanine. 
 
The apartment is superbly placed in a central location, yet just metres from the varied shops and restaurants of Chamonix town and a minutes walk to the main bus stop. 
 
The unique layout of Alpes 2 Pepino makes this apartment an ideal choice for those looking for versatile, comfortable and central Chamonix accommodation. 
 
Please note that construction work is taking place on an adjoining site. The surface car park to Alpes II is closed, but the allocated underground parking is not affected. 
 
Sleeps 4-6, 5th Floor 
 
The lounge/dining area – has a window affording great southerly views of Mont Blanc and is very comfortably furnished with a pine dining table to seat six, a large sofa and two armchairs. For entertainment there is a TV with Euro satellite, a DVD player and a CD player.  
 
The kitchen area - is modern with a fridge/freezer, built in oven and hob and a dishwasher. 
 
Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and views towards the Brevent mountains. (Please note this currently overlooks construction works) 
 
Bedroom 2 – is a twin bedroom with a wardrobe also with views towards the Brevent mountains. (Please note this currently overlooks construction works) 
 
Mezzanine - is accessed from the staircase in the main living room and has a double bed overlooking the living room. With the added benefit of its own bathroom (wash basin, WC and bidet), the area provides flexible accommodation alternatives for all ages. 
 
The family bathroom - has a bath with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.  
 
For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement. 
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

    We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer. (there is a 1.5% credit card surcharge) Alterations or cancellation A cancellation of holiday request must be made in writing or by email by the lead name booker. Cancellation charges are as follows and applicable from the day we receive written notification; 71 days or more prior to arrival Loss of deposit 70-43 days prior to arrival 30% of total price 42-29 days prior to arrival 45% of total price 28-15 days prior to arrival 60% of total price Less than 14 days or no show 100% of total price Prices are based on rental of the whole property.
