This is a modern two bedroomed, 60 square metre apartment on the second floor of Les Alpes 2 offering accommodation for 4 to 6 people. 
 
There are great views from a good-sized south facing balcony over the River L'Arve and the Mont Blanc Massif. 
 
The apartment provides superbly placed Chamonix accommodation in a quiet central location, yet just metres from the varied shops and restaurants of Chamonix town and a minutes walk to the main bus stop. 
 
Sleeps 4-6, 2nd Floor 
 
The lounge/dining area – boasts fine views of the Mont Blanc Massif from the balcony over the River Arve. The sitting area has a large sofa which can be used as a double sofa bed, a seperate chair, TV for use with the DVD player and a radio/CD player. The dining area has a table that will comfortably seat 6 dinner guests and is also extendable to easily seat 8+ for those larger dinner parties!  
 
The kitchen area – is very modern and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, built in oven with hob, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. 
 
Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe/cupboard unit. It has views towards the Brevent ski area. (Please note this currently overlooks construction works) 
 
Bedroom 2 – is a twin bedroom with large wardrobe/cupboard unit. This bedroom has a TV with video player. It enjoys views towards the Brevent ski area. (Please note this currently overlooks construction works) 
 
The family bathroom - has a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC.  
 
The second bathroom – has a shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and washing machine. 
 
For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement. 
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

The apartment is available on a self cater basis, and is inclusive of the apartment utilities, bed linen, bath and hand towels for each occupant and end of stay cleaning.

The valley is dominated by the beauty of the Mont Blanc Massif whose surrounding peaks offer a varied selection of skiing, with the highest lift reaching 3842 metres. Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer.
