This modern and attractive 60 square metre apartment on the first floor of Les Alpes 2 offers fantastic accommodation in Chamonix town for 4-6 people. 
 
The apartment offers stunning views of the Mont Blanc Massif and has the added benefit of two bathrooms to avoid those early morning queues. 
 
The apartment is superbly placed in a quiet central location, yet just metres from the shops and restaurants of Chamonix town and just a minutes walk to the main bus stop. 
 
The apartment is also situated directly across the hall to Alpes Logan 109, making the two apartments together an ideal choice for larger groups or families who seek a little more flexibility and privacy.

The lounge/dining area – boasts fine views of the Mont Blanc Massif from the south facing balcony over the River l'Arve. The sitting area has a TV for use with the DVD and video player and a CD player with USB for ipods or MP3 players. There is a large sofa which can be used a double sofa bed, a seperate chair and a pine dining table to comfortably seat six for dinner. 
 
The kitchen area – The kitchen area is modern and well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, four ring hob, seperate mini oven and a dishwasher. 
 
Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with double aspect windows to the south and the east. 
 
Bedroom 2 – is a twin bedroom having a single bed with a pull out bed underneath. 
 
The family bathroom – has a shower/bath and WC as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. 
 
The second bathroom - has a shower, wash basin and WC. 
 
There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with floor to ceiling cupboards in the entrance hall and sets of drawers in the bedrooms. For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.  
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

    The valley is dominated by the beauty of the Mont Blanc Massif whose surrounding peaks offer a varied selection of skiing, with the highest lift reaching 3842 metres. Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

    We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer. (there is a 1.5% credit card surcharge) Alterations or cancellation A cancellation of holiday request must be made in writing or by email by the lead name booker.
