This is a superb purpose-built two bedroom apartment with a high build quality, offering luxury Chamonix accommodation for 4-6 people. 
 
The apartment is tastefully furnished and benefits from being on the southerly side of the résidence, with exceptional balcony views of the river and the Mont Blanc Massif.

This is your chance to stay in a comfortable apartment in a highly regarded development with great views and all the amenities of Chamonix close to hand. 
 
Sleeps 4 - 6, 4th Floor 
 
The lounge/dining area – boasts fine views of the Mont Blanc Massif from the balcony overlooking the river L’Arve. The spacious sitting area has a television, DVD player and comfortable sofa which can be used as a sofabed. The dining area comfortably seats six. 
 
The kitchen area – is modern and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, built-in four ring hob, seperate microwave/oven, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a separate breakfast bar. 
 
Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with splendid valley and river views and has an ensuite bath, shower wash basin and toilet. It has plenty of built-in wardrobe space. 
 
Bedroom 2 – is a twin bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a small balcony offering views overlooking the back terrace and the river L'Arve.  
 
The family bathroom - has a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. 
 
In the basement there is a ski locker plus a communal bike store.  
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

The apartment is available on a self cater basis, and is inclusive of the apartment utilities, bed linen, bath and hand towels for each occupant and end of stay cleaning.

The valley is dominated by the beauty of the Mont Blanc Massif whose surrounding peaks offer a varied selection of skiing, with the highest lift reaching 3842 metres. Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer.
