This light and airy 56 square metre, two bedroom apartment is on the third floor of Les Alpes 2 and offers accommodation for 4-6 people. 
 
Alpes Guillemard offers some of the best views from the Alpes development towards the Mont Blanc massif and is just metres from the main shops and restaurants and a minutes walk from the bus stop. 
 
The homely feel of Alpes Guillemard with its sunny balcony and well laid out rooms, makes this apartment an ideal choice for those looking for spacious and comfortable accommodation in Chamonix town centre. 
 
Sleeps 4-6, Third floor 
 
The lounge/dining area – has French doors leading to a south facing balcony on the side of the Alpes building, offering great views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. It is very comfortably furnished with a pine dining table and chairs, sofa bed and TV. 
 
The kitchen area - is modern corner kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven with hob and microwave. 
 
Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with wardrobes and views towards the Mont Blanc Massif. 
 
Bedroom 2 – is a twin having a single bed with a pull out bed underneath, a wardrobe and has views towards Brevent ski area. (Please note this bedroom currently overlooks construction work). 
 
The family bathroom - has a bath with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.  
 
For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement. 
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

The apartment is available on a self cater basis, and is inclusive of the apartment utilities, bed linen, bath and hand towels for each occupant and end of stay cleaning.

There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.
