This is a superb purpose built one bedroom apartment with a high build quality offering luxury Chamonix accommodation for 2-4 people. 
 
The apartment is tastefully furnished and benefits from its own balcony offering fine views over the River L’Arve.

1st Floor 
 
The lounge/dining area - is spacious with two armchairs and a sofa which can be converted into a double sofa bed as well as a dining table to seat four. It also has a TV for use with the DVD player and UK Sky Satelite. The living room opens out to a small balcony overlooking the river L'Arve and up towards the Mont Blanc massif. 
 
The kitchen area – is modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a built-in four ring hob, a seperate microwave/oven and a dishwasher.  
 
Bedroom 1 – is a twin bedroom with plenty of built-in wardrobe space. 
 
The family bathroom - has a bath with built-in shower, a large mirror and wash basin together with a washing machine.  
 
There is also a separate WC. 
 
In the basement there is a ski locker and a communal bike store area.  
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

The apartment is available on a self cater basis, and is inclusive of the apartment utilities, bed linen, bath and hand towels for each occupant and end of stay cleaning.

Despite popular myth that Chamonix is the terrain of experts only, the valley offers fun and exhilaration for all levels of skier and snowboarder. There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.

We offer flexible stays starting any day for a minimum of duration of 3 nights - contact us for specific pricing and availability. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by bank transfer.
