The apartment is superbly placed right in the heart of Chamonix overlooking the main shopping street of rue Paccard, with views towards the Brevent hills and is only one minutes walk to the main bus stop.

4th Floor 
 
The lounge/dining area – boasts views of the Brevent hills and overlooks the paved square adjacent to the main pedestrianised shopping street. It is beautifully furnished with an L-shaped sofa area which can be turned into two single sofa beds. There is a TV with Euro satellite and a DVD player. There is also an open fireplace and a round dining table to comfortably seat four. 
 
The kitchen area – is open plan and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, built-in 4 ring hob, seperate microwave/oven and a dishwasher. 
 
Bedroom 1 – is spacious with a large double bed and a double wardrobe offering plenty of hanging and cupboard space. The bedroom views are of the Brevent hills and overlook the paved square. 
 
The Bathroom – is equipped with a bath and shower, toilet and a large wash basin with mirror. 
 
In the basement there is a ski locker plus a communal bike store area. 
 
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

The apartment is available on a self cater basis, and is inclusive of the apartment utilities, bed linen, bath and hand towels for each occupant and end of stay cleaning.

There are comprehensive beginner’s areas at the bottom of all the main lifts, and lots of relaxed blues and reds to cruise down.
