Natural shade is provided by large birch and fir trees. Ideal for BBQ'ing (Weber BBQ provided!) with views of famous alpine peaks. Forest walks begin practically right outside your door. It's also an excellent mountain bike location (on the main Chamonix cycle routes). We are walking distance to Chamonix Centre with a host of wonderful restaurants brasseries and shops (and crawling distance from the world famous MBC).

Although a car is recommended for Chamonix there is a bus stop 50m away from the apartment.

For Winter:

The ski du fond circuit is 50 m away from the apartment.

- Le Tour 10km (16 mins)
- Les Houches Prarion 11.3km (22 mins)
- Le Planard area is 2km away - ideal for kids and beginners.
- The Midi Lift taking you to 3842m is 2.6 km away is the access point for the world famous valleé Blanché
